Connection Matters.
GROUPS allow us to connect with others and with God.
Join a GROUP
Saint Wilfrid GROUPS are spaces to meet, grow, connect and share life together on a regular basis. But they don’t stop there, our groups are missional at heart - we long and expect for them to grow. GROUPS can be based around a shared activity, an age-range or life stage or just a community of three or more people looking to go deeper into faith together.
Types of GROUPS
-
General groups, like all of our groups, place a high value on social connectedness and community formation while continuing to lean into the mission and vision of the church.
-
No matter what stage of life you are in we want you to find a group that works best for you. Whether you have recently experienced the joy of child birth, are enjoying an empty nest, navigating the parenting of teenagers or you are a youth or university student we are confident there is group for you.
-
A GROUP does not have to be overly complex. It can be as simple as getting together with a group of people, from your church community, to play football every week. We want to encourage you to find a group that fits your interests in a way that helps you connect deeper with the Saint Wilfrid Church community.
-
Some GROUPS meet often and others only occasionally. Occasional GROUPS usual gather to encourage connection and are a great way to introduce friends to church.
